Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zorqia.com and related services (the “Service”) operated by Zorqia. The Service offers free online games playable in your web browser and web-based tools for general use.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
Some features may work without an account. Where we offer registration or sign-in (e.g. via third-party auth), you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Permitted use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Games and third-party content
Many games are licensed or provided by third parties and may be embedded or linked. Zorqia does not claim ownership of those games. Your use of third-party content is also subject to the respective provider’s terms. We may add, change, or remove games or tools at any time.
Tools
Online tools are provided as-is for convenience. You are responsible for verifying results (e.g. calculations or conversions) before relying on them for important decisions.
Intellectual property
The Zorqia name, branding, Site design, and our original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Game assets and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service or other users’ access
- Use bots or automation to abuse games, tools, rankings, or APIs without permission
- Reverse engineer or circumvent security or technical measures
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Harass others or post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content where user content is allowed
- Misrepresent affiliation with Zorqia
Purchases (if offered)
Paid features, if any, are subject to separate checkout terms and payment provider rules (e.g. Stripe). Prices and offerings may change. Refunds follow our stated policy and applicable consumer law.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORQIA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zorqia and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how we handle personal data and cookies.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. The new effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
Governing law
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Zorqia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or venues may be specified as required by law.
